Above all you must uphold the core moral values and integrity of the FEC and treat others with care and respect at all times.

In a nutshell, we are looking for the crème del a crème. Mediocre just won’t do because with great people at the helm, the FEC visitor experience will be great.

Sous Chef

The Sous Chef is responsible for the diversified kitchen functions such as cooking or plating certain dishes to establishing the menu and dealing with the ingredient providers. He/she assists the head chef and takes his/her place when the latter cannot be present in the kitchen.

Qualifications & Responsibilities

  • Minimum of 8-10 years of solid cooking experience preferably with Formal Culinary Training, Previous Restaurant Experience, Extensive Food and Beverage Knowledge, Restaurant Industry Knowledge.
  • English language proficiency
  • Good,proven interpersonal, verbal and written communications skills
