JOB ROLE:
 


As Duty Manager, you will ensure the smooth and efficient running of the hotel and will be responsible for the satisfaction of all guests needs. This diverse, challenging role will be based in Front Office and offers great variety with regular Duty Management shifts. 
 
As Duty Manager you will also be responsible for managing and motivating your team.  You will be required to ensure that all staff within your department are adequately trained and developed in line with company policy.  You will actively guide and direct the whole team to ensure consistency of brand standards and a high level of performance and service delivery.

  • Outgoing personality

  • Detail oriented, team builder, passionate, customer-focused

  • 1 to 2 years experience in similar role from 5-star hotels.

  • Leadership skills, training skills, communication skills, hospitality and customer care

  • Up selling incentive programme skills   and generating revenue skills, traditional & culture of the country

  • Audit experience

  • Excellent communication skills. English language is a must. Other languages would be an advantage
