Dhabi hotel is located on Hamdan Bin Mohammed Street, at the center of Abu
Dhabi's thriving commerce and culture, just 15 minutes from ADNEC and half an
hour from Abu Dhabi International Airport. Grand shopping complexes including

· Ensures hotel repair
and maintenance order system is in accordance with IHC policy and procedures.
· Ensures a 10-15
minute response for all urgent maintenance requests including guest requests.
· Communicates with guests
by telephone or in person to ensure that maintenance requests have been

hazards and risks.

· Co-ordinates with

· Gives work
directions, resolves problems, prepares schedules and sets deadlines.
· Ensures strict
adherence to safety rules when undertaking maintenance and repair work.

Ø Energy conservation and control.
Ø Water and sewage quality control.
Ø Fire prevention and life safety programmes.
Ø Effective plant preventive and routine maintenance.
Ø Operation and control of plan and equipment.
Ø Energy management systems and procedures.
Ø Engineering logs and utility consumption.
Ø Inspection and staff supervision.
Ø Engineering labour standard and labour cost controls.
· Appearance and housekeeping of all equipment,
plant rooms and related workshops.
Basic understanding of electrical, hydraulic and other systems. Knowledge
of general maintenance processes and methods. Working knowledge of tools,
common appliances and devices. High school diploma or equivalent; Certificate
in HVAC, building maintenance technology or relevant field will be an added
