Executive Chef - large, 5 star Hotel, UAE

A talented, highly professional Executive Chef with a minimum of 15 years' experience in large, luxury Hotel brands and a minimum of 3 years as an Executive Chef of large Convention Hotel.

GCC experience is essential.

The Executive Chef is responsible for directing the food preparation, production, control and quality for all food outlets and banquet facilities at hotel as well as overseeing the day-to-day culinary operations, including training and supervision of associates.

Responsible for enhancing the quality and standard of culinary offering to guests.

Provide specialist support to the Executive Committee of the Hotel.

Lead, manage, coach and inspire a large, multi cultural team

Responsible for the selection, training and development of the personnel within the department.

Responsible for the financial management of the operation.

Good communication skills are essential

Package: AED25,000.00 per month + family status, fully furnished three bed room appt. Children's education and medical insurance covered in addition to normal expat benefits.
