Cluster Director of Sales & Marketing (Indian Ocean)

We are looking for a structured, experienced and dynamic DOSM who will be responsible for two island based, luxury boutique hotels and villas. They will have additional brand responsibility for a third hotel.
This will appeal to someone who is open to and willing to travel extensively but has the gravitas to mentor and engage with the team on site to ensure continued business development and a structured approach to working in an evolving and highly competitive environment.
As a senior Sales & Marketing Director with a stable career within five star brands, the Cluster DOSM will be joining a dynamic and expanding hotel company with global aspirations. This will mean excellent career prospects in the longer-term.
They will have demonstrable experience and contacts with the high end tour operators, the global players and niche market agents and luxury travel membership associations like Virtuoso, Signature etc. Additionally, they will be very commercially focused with a good understanding of marketing and e-commerce.
Due to the nature of the location, this would suit a single person, or someone willing to move single status.
