We are looking for an E-Commerce Manager or a Junior Executive, where the role wil cover the following responsiblities for both Hotel Al Khozama & Al Faisaliah Hotel. 

  • Review Google Analytics to identify opportunities and suggest areas for improvement. Ensure all inbound links are tracked & tagged appropriately
  • Driving traffic to AFH.com. AFH / AKH content and images Brand.com update and maintenance of digital assets for all hotels in conjunction with Marketing Managers and Digital Content team
  • Manage and coordinate the loading of promotional content and rates and following loading, perform website checks and testing
  • In conjunction with Marketing & Communication teams, ensure promotional content on AFH/ AKH.com is displayed accurately and attractively, ready for inclusion in all tactical marketing activities
  • Review Retail pricing and on-line pace
  • Monthly meetings with OTAs. Regular reviews of OTA content and availability; conduct test booking checks
  • Monitor hotel collateral and coordinate updates to reflect brand requirements
  • Is the key contact for regionally based OTA partners, leverage hotels and adherence to contract terms  
  • Regular business review and identification of opportunities and action points with hotels
  • Monitor and analysis for the cost of acquisition of room nights by channel

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Substantial E-Distribution channels and system experience in an upscale branded hotel is essential
  • Experience or understanding of Revenue Management is desirable
  • Fluent spoken and written English is essential, Arabic is an advantage
  • A team player who works well with internal and external customers
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential
  • Self-driven and target focused
