Service Attendant in Crowne Plaza Abu Dhabi. You’ll have ambition, talent and obviously, some key skills. Because,
for this vital role, we’re looking for someone who can be an expert at what you

guests’ pace in all you do. Making it happen by being perceptive to your
guests’ needs; by taking ownership for getting things done and working
seamlessly with others to help guests be successful.

Dhabi hotel is located on Hamdan Bin Mohammed Street, at the center of Abu
Dhabi's thriving commerce and culture, just 15 minutes from ADNEC and half an

Duties and
responsibilities



 



·        Reports to the manager or in his / her absence the captain in-charge.



·        Responsible for the preparation of the work place.

·       Follows policies and procedures as per the F & B Department and
outlet manual.

·       Ensures a high quality level of service standards, customer relations and
public relations at all times. 

·        Follows hygiene standards at all times as set in the company hygiene
manual.

·        To operate accurately to all accountancy procedures



·        Partakes in all outlet activities example which one as follows :



·        Customer service – food & Beverage



·        Outlet Theme nights



·        Outlet brainstorming and organization



·        Marketing and PR campaigns in local market.



·        Building customer relations



·        Training and development programs



·       Any other duty associated with the outlet.



High School diploma /Secondary qualification or equivalent. One year F&B
Service/guest service experience strongly preferred. Proficiency in Micros is
preferred but not essential. Some college/university preferred. Must speak
fluent English & Chinese. Be passionate about people and service. Strong
communication skills essential when interacting with guests and employees.
