The Crowne Plaza® Abu
Dhabi hotel is located on Hamdan Bin Mohammed Street, at the center of Abu
Dhabi's thriving commerce and culture, just 15 minutes from ADNEC and half an
hour from Abu Dhabi International Airport. Grand shopping complexes including

Duties and
responsibilities



 



·     To assist guest with their luggage on arrival and departure as well as
handling mail and information.



·        To see that luggage of both arriving and departing guest are handled
properly.



·     When rooming the guest, call guest by name, explain the hotel facilities
and offer a room orientation.



·        Storing guest luggage as and when required according to the hotel
procedure.



·        Lobby area is kept clean and tidy at all times.



·        To be fully familiar with all hotel facilities.



·     Cheerfully carries out request from receptionist, such as room changes
and other guest requests.



·        Reporting on any unusual situations or mechanical defects to supervisor.



·        To ensure key cards are collected as much as possible on guest
departure.



·        Receptionist to be tactfully informed of guest with scanty luggage.

·        Book transportation
when requested by guests.



High School diploma /Secondary qualification or equivalent. One year guest
service experience strongly preferred. Some college/university preferred. Must
speak fluent English & Chinese. Be passionate about people and service. Strong
communication skills essential when interacting with guests and employees.
