We have an amazing opportunity 40/45K in the stunning cluster of Hotels in North West of England.

A rare and unique opportunity has arisen with our client as a People learning and Quality Development Manager. Located in the North West and covers a cluster of hotels across this area to the lakes and back. My client is a leading luxury hotel group with a collection of luxury hotels throughout Europe.

The People learning and Quality Development Manager will be responsible for driving the performance and delivery of the company vision through all aspects of people development and training to deliver quality products and service delivery.

Main Responsibilities:

  • To ensure delivery of a highly effective recruitment, talent attraction and retention plan across the region
  • Be a driving force to attract to instigate and manage Graduate and Apprentice programmes, working with the hotels and Colleges to support the programme
  • Be active and ensure all General Managers and hotels are fully compliant with statutory and systems training
  • Assist in identifying key areas of focus and delivery of employee engagement, succession planning, learning and performance management to deliver sustained success
  • To coach General Managers and Heads of Department in the delivery of company core standards across the region

  • The successful Candidate will be able to demonstrate strong people development and proven coaching skills. You will have a proven track record of improving performance through effective people development with a strong working knowledge of recruitment and training practices. The ideal candidate will have strong communications and influencing skills, with operational experience of working within the hospitality and hotel sector.
