Live in available at 30-35K plus bonus potential.

My Client is a long and well established Boutique and busy Hotel group,

We seek an experienced Hotelier who can bring drive and enthusiasm and client service delivery to this flagship Hotel- an eye for sales and opportunities to expand on the areas of food and beverage and Golf and spa will ensure the Hotel and its team under your guidance will grow exponentially. Good people skills and a knowledgeable General Manager will be tasked to oversee the day to day operation of this magnificent Hotel within the stunning location of the South West of Scotland.

The Role:
As a General Manager you will be very much in the public domain making sure that you are the face and presence of the business and that that you are helping and contributing to the overall customer experience throughout the hotel working with your HOD's, as well as leading and developing your people in all areas of great customer service within food & Beverage and the day to day operation, you will have a wide and varied remit of duties and responsibilities within the Hotels' infrastructure. As General Manager you will be expected to make sure through your leadership, motivation and direction of your team you meet and exceed your weekly and monthly business objectives which are critical in the overall development of this highly reputable and well establish Country hotel based property.

We are looking to attract an experienced and proven Country House Manager or you may be an experienced deputy or operations manager who has gained a strong and robust grounding within their career to date and are now looking for that opportunity to take that next step up and take on that's first General management role. You must be able to demonstrate sound financial experience as well as fully understand the day to day running and management of a busy "All serviced Country House Hotel" which incorporates Food & Beverage, leisure and golf and has an all year round Wedding business. Our client ideally would like to see applicants who have gained similar experience or from branded venues with the conference and country hotel market.
