MASTER BUTCHER -DUBAI
We are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic, responsible and fully qualified Master Butcher, who is thorough in Sausage making. His key responsibilities will be to manage the production team, sales and revenue generation of the designated outlet.
The candidate must have a 5-star hospitality experience. An expert sausage maker, master butcher or equally qualified to process sausage making and people management.
A proven track record of production management within a fast moving Kitchen/production environment. Passionate and self-motivated.
Excellent people management skills, ensuring all butchery colleagues are properly trained, following kitchen policies, health and safety standards and food hygiene procedures and processes. Setting an example, an effective leadership, coach and guide junior colleagues.
Minimum 5 years of work experience as a Master Butcher or equivalent in a fast moving sausage production kitchen.
- Diploma Certification or equivalent technical qualifications in Culinary discipline an asset
- Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
- Highly responsible & reliable
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
