One of the most prestigious hotel brands in Asia seeks an exceptionally qualified Director of Food & Beverage to oversee the restaurants and bars at their luxury hotel in China.
This position would be of interest to a very accomplished Food & Beverage Director, with extensive experience in Restaurants and Bars and a flair for customer services and guest relations. On a daily basis, you will report to the Executive Assistant Manager and help on the floor to manage all the restaurants, bars and catering with several team members reporting to you.
Luxury hotel or high end dining experience with demonstrated knowledge and skills in cuisine from around the world is essential. The candidate should be able to manage a team to deliver fast, efficient, knowledgeable and professional service. You must possess excellent operations skills, a solid financial knowledge, superb leadership and highly motivated and results driven.
The ideal candidate will drive for results, must be hands on and a strategic thinker. The individual will maintain effective communication on the activities of the department with the other operating departments in the hotel in order to provide the best possible service to the guests of the hotel.
Must possess a degree from a recognized educational institution in order to obtain work permit.
Working experience in China and SE Asia would also be an asset, but not a mandatory requirement.
