The right candidate should have the following:
• 1-2 years prior hotel or hospitality experience in 4-5 star property
• A good level of spoken English
• Good Guest Relation Skills
• Excellent communication skills.
• Attention to detail.
• The Ability to work in a team as well as individually
• Ability to learn quickly and work in fast paced environment
• Cleans and tidies crockery and kitchen equipment
• Ensures the kitchens are kept clean
• Checks the washing equipment is in good working order and informs his/her superior of any problems or anomalies
• Respects the supplier's instructions for use of washing-up products
