An Executive Chef is required for one of the best “hot spots” (Restaurant/Nightclub) to run their culinary division in Singapore. Our client prefers a youngish thinking Executive Chef to be well trained/experienced and with a marketable personality.
Working together with the Restaurant General Manager, the potential candidate must be able to oversee the busy operation while remaining hands on, and take the culinary division to the next level in terms of food quality, style, presentation and atmosphere. You must also be able to work hand in hand with the front of house team to achieve the best service.
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 year’s experience as Executive Chef in a similar hospitality operation, strong organizational, administrative, leadership and human resource skills. You must be able to communicate effectively, as well as train and develop team members at all levels.
The client is looking for somebody who can bring standards and innovative cooking skills. Presentations of the food must be excellent.
He/She must be flexible and possess solid coaching skills, revenue and cost focused at all times and must have a passion to deliver customer satisfaction.
Salary: Negotiable + expat benefits.
