A well known lifestyle hospitality groups in Asia who are as creative in their Restaurant venues as is a Morgans, Aman or “W” is to Hotels, seeks a Restaurant Manager who would be fully in charge of front and back of the house operation for their very busy, high profile and challenging Restaurant that serves lunch and dinner.
With excellent leadership skills and the ability to work independently, the Restaurant Operations Manager will be an outgoing person, a trend setter, detail driven and with creativity skills as he/she will have to become “the face” of the Restaurant.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in multi-unit Restaurant management fast paced operations.
Nobu, Zuma, Hakkasan or equivalent trend setting restaurant experience preferred.
Developing strategic business and/or Food and Beverage plans.
Experience in Bench-marking activities.
Budget preparation, profit and loss statement analysis and forecasting.
Degree in Hotel Management or Business Administration preferred
dvanced WSET wine course preferred (strong wine knowledge)
Salary: Depending on the caliber of the person. The group generally pays the best in the region they are competing in!
