One of the leading lifestyle and restaurant groups in Asia seeks a General Manager for their famous Restaurant / Nightclub in Singapore.

Our client requires a senior level person with an extensive luxury operations background to manage, drive, and lead their venue.  The main focus of the General Manager is to achieve the highest levels of guest satisfaction and operating profits. 

The successful candidate must be able to go out and get business and also has an understanding of membership sales.  You must have worked in world renowned quality restaurants/night clubs and can work in a 24 hour high energy environment.  Someone who has managed a multi faceted venue in key world cities with experience dealing with VIP’s and the entertainment industry. 

Responsibilities / Requirements:

The General Manager oversees all aspects of the venue’s operations including guest relations, restaurant operations, club operations, functions/events, housekeeping, maintenance, cost control, team building, and staff development.

You must possess strong communication skills, both verbal and written, and demonstrate outstanding leadership skills. 

You must also be able to delegate responsibilities, organize complex projects, and establish priorities consistent with the venue’s objectives.

The general manager will strive to achieve optimal standards of service, achieve profit objectives, exceed guest satisfaction criteria, and strive to establish the company as a global leader in entertainment and hospitality.

You will be a highly capable person to oversee all the above mentioned operations however, given the business mix, someone with a strong club background and considerable restaurant experience would be ideal. 

Salary: Negotiable.
