The Director of HR must have extremely high standards, as this company ranks with the premier in the industry and only those having worked or represented one of the top International hotel companies in our industry will be considered.

The client prefers someone with experience in a similar capacity and previous/current working experience in a hotel company at a senior level is considered highly desirable for this position.

You must have a strong background in Human Resources and a relevant experience in Myanmar, with a solid background dealing with the major players.

This person will lead the operations of the Personnel and Training department of the hotel and his/her responsibilities would include recruitment, training, organizing activities relating to personnel and training issues.

In addition, you will also establish HR administration policies / procedures and create relevant staff benefit system in accordance with the local laws and regulations.
