The Role
An exciting opportunity exists for experienced, committed Chefs, Cooks &Pastry Chefs. The successful candidates will be responsible forproducing a high level of Italian cuisine to compliment the award winning Restaurant

You will work within a young, motivated and highly dedicated team ensuring thatthe directives of the organization are executed. The successful candidates must have the following attributes / experience.

  • Assist in the development and production of daily specials

  • Knowledge of the proper preparation & service techniques

  • Ability to manage a section controlling all aspects of the preparation through to service

  • Identify,meet, and satisfy the responsibilities for your section

  • Arrive on time and be neatly presented (In an open kitchen environment)

Candidates with the following skills and experience are encouraged to apply:

  • 2+ years' experience working in casual/ up market / fine dining, high volumeenvironment.

  • Excellent communication skills and attitude with the ability to identify and followthrough with the head chef & customer requests

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure

  • Be a team player and work to the system that is in place
