We are looking for an experienced person who, ideally, has had cluster experience to take on a high profile, newly created role. Based in a leading South East Asian city, the three hotels cross brands and  locations (city centre and resort).  It is likely a fourth hotel will be added to the cluster early next year.

Whilst Asian experience is highly advantageous, it is more important to find the right person - someone who is:

  • Strategically strong with established sales and marketing practices: account management, creative approach, hands-on, reacts quickly and effectively to continuously optimise opportunities, understands distribution channels, target driven, proactive
  • Excellent team leadership to work with, engage and develop a pre-dominantly local team
  • Understands the dynamics of the total business mix with excellent contacts globally
  • Has or is working in a leading city centre destination within a branded 4* deluxe or 5* hotel
