Director of Sales & Marketing
We are working with this globally recognised hotel company to find a strong, experienced DOSM for an important 5* resort hotel.
The successful DOSM will demonstrate excellent sales skills, international leisure sales contacts and be capable of managing a high revenue earning hotel to meet the company's and Owners' expectations. With experience within branded 5* hotels, they will be confident and commercially astute. They will be based off property in the regional office and, as such, it is imperative that they can maintain good communication with the senior management and on-property team as well as engage with, and direct, the sales team, who are pre-dominantly local.
Ideally, they will be working in or, have had South Eastern Asian work experience, but the client will consider high calibre candidates from the Indian Ocean, Middle East and other internationally recognised resort hotels who are working with complementary long-haul tour operators. International work experience is very important.
They will be looking to appoint during the latter part of Q1, 2017.
