CHEF DE PARTIE
We are currently seeking a highly motivated, enthusiastic, committed and creative Chef de Partie with exceptional culinary arts skills who is passionate about the job and career in the hospitality industry.
Candidates with high responsibility for supporting the kitchen and food and beverage operations in ensuring guest satisfaction. Participates in activities of cooks and other kitchen personnel engaged in preparing and cook foods.
• Experience in a cold kitchen, preferred.
• At least 2 years of experience in a 5 star hotel.
• Very well knowledgeable about his or her culinary specialty functions in general.
• Strong understanding of HACCP.
• Proven track record of cost control that includes food, equipments, labor and waste; to meet the food quality and financial goals.
• Demonstrate real passion for menu planning.
