Scope of Work: 
To promote a helpful and professional image to the customer with full cooperation when requiring assistance, ensuring a prompt, caring and helpful attitude.

Job Responsibilities: 
1. To assist in the delivery of corporate products and departmental service standards.
2. To focus on all media in Abu Dhabi & Dubai and develop professional relationships with key decision makers in order to enhance hotel sales.
3. To develop and maintain PR for the hotel to achieve maximum profits from rooms, conference and banqueting and food & beverages sales.
4. To maintain an updated data system on the Sales & Marketing System of all media contacts.
5. Demonstrates the 12-Service Excellence Basics.
6. Keeps updated with the latest industry trends and new products in the market.

HR Responsibilities:
7. Attends all hotel trainings as required.
8. Adheres to all HR and hotel policies and procedures.
9. Continually strives to improve self; knowledge and skills.

Financial Responsibilities:
10. Gains understanding of the departmental goals and financial targets.
11. Controls the budget according to the marketing plan and business requirements.
12. To help control operating costs within the standards set under the direction of the department Manager.
13. Values the press release and searches for good partners or sponsorships.
14. Actively participates in all hotel energy saving and recycling initiatives.

General Responsibilities:
15. Attends departmental meetings and takes meeting minutes when necessary.
16. Ensures that the appropriate standards of conduct, dress, hygiene, uniform and appearance are maintained at all times.
17. Strictly adheres to the hotel's policy on Confidentiality and Ethics.
18. Actively participate in all EHSMS requirements.
19. To carry out any additional tasks and projects as requested by the Director of Sales & Marketing.
