Food and Beverage

Job Description

•Greet the guest, present menu, make suggestions, takes order and serves food & beverage according to standard procedures.
•Checks on guest satisfaction, attends to guest needs and complaints with proper follow up by informing the Management or Supervisor.
•Presents check, performs cashiering function, bid guest farewell and invite them to come back.
•Maintains cleanliness of work place by performing clearing functions.
•Carry out light cleaning and maintenance of restaurant.


Secondary level or higher, hospitality education preferred.
Preferable to have received training in: Customer Service,Sales and up selling

Previous hospitality luxury experience of at least 1 year in a similar position is a must.
