Valet Parking Cashier

As a Valet Parking Cashier, you will effectively be responsible for all billing/ cashiering operations at the Valet Parking which includes daily reports, cash handling and credit card billing.

Summary of Responsibilities:

Reporting to Assistant Manager, Valet & Parking Operations, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following: 
  • Collection and monitoring of complimentary and valet tickets
  • Responsible for any report discrepancies and audit conducted by any of Accounting representative
  • Report all cash discrepancies to the Auditor/ Accountant immediately
  • Strictly adhere to the hotel’s procedures for cash handling and cashiering
  • Conduct self in a professional manner at all times to reflect the high standards of the company
  • Must be willing to a flexible schedule in order to accomplish all major responsibilities and tasks
  • Must have excellent cash handling skills evidenced by no overages and shortages
  • Must have a commitment to follow all local and corporate policies and procedures as they relate to this position
  • Must work in a safe, prudent, and organized manner
  • Count and verify daily cash receipts and post accordingly in the system
  • Prepare all Daily Valet reports such as Detailed Cash Report, Complimentary Vouchers Report, etc
  • Perform any additional duties as assigned by the Guest Services Manager and Accountant




  • Two to three years experiences with customer service
  • Hospitality diploma is an advantage
  • Second language is an advantage
  • Good time keeper and well organized
  • The capacity to complete different tasks at the same time and working under pressure
  • Strong interpersonal skills
