Jumeirah Al Naseem will have 430 luxurious rooms and suites, complete with walk-in rain showers, floor-to-ceiling windows and private outdoor terraces. The hotel is set among lush, landscaped gardens and offers three large swimming pools, as well as private beach access. Two banqueting rooms, each measuring 75 square metres, will complement the existing conference and events facilities at Madinat Jumeirah.

About The Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Administrator (CID) to join the Front Office team at the Jumeirah Al Naseem. The main purpose of this role is to ensure a smooth operation of feeding the arrival and departure details of every guest checking in and checking out of the hotel. To ensure that valid data is sent to the CID office via the system.

The main duties of this role includes:

  • Will be responsible for the daily feeding of arrival guest information in the CID computer system.

  • Will be responsible to update the system by checking the guest in house rooming list and tallying it with the same information in the system.

  • Upon checking that a guest has checked out and is not on the rooming list then to check him out of the CID system.

  • To check all incoming messages from CID office on a daily basis and report it to the Duty Manager for appropriate action and replies.

  • To ensure that all copies that are scanned and sent are clear, visible and on JPEG format.

  • To keep the Manager on Duty informed of any changes, difficulties faced with the operations of the system.

  • To check all passport copies bear the issue date and expiry date, if not then to report it to the Shift Leader or Duty Manager.

  • Will be responsible for making daily CID report for Madinat Jumeirah.

  • Keep record of passport copies of regular guests.

  • Print a guest in house report at the end of each shift and balance against the CID report system.

  • Process room moves, which have been done in Opera also in the CID report.

  • Attend the daily department briefing (if need to communicate).

  • Keep the Front Office Manager informed about any messages that the police forwards through the system and to keep a copy on file.

  • Be the main contact for the CID officers when they come to check on our data entries and report any problems and complaints to the Front Office Manager

  • Perform any related duties and special projects as requested by the Duty Manager/Front Office Manager

  • Adhere to the Jumeirah guiding principles and hallmarks.

  • Comply with the resort’s health, safety and hygiene procedures and products.
About You

In order to be considered for this role you will have at least one year of working experience in a similar role in a luxury five star hotel environment.


You will have excellent written and spoken English. Your experience in handling guest requests, and exceeding their expectations would be regarded as essential.


Should be able to quickly learn and adapt to a new work environment.
