Our client is a subsidiary of a multinational conglomerate with diversified businesses and regional offices in Asia. In line with its long-term strategic growth plans, the company is currently seeking a dynamic Head of their Business Solutions and Marketing to join their fast growing Time Share and Vacation Club business.
Reporting to the Directors of the company, the Head of Business Solutions and Marketing is an integral part of the senior management team and will be overall responsible for:
1. Product Development
2. Product Marketing
3. Product Training
4. Leading Large Team
- Lead and direct all aspects of business development, marketing, customer experience, Information technology, vacation club and resorts operations to achieve revenue and profit growth targets
- Direct and enhance company’s systems and procedures to achieve operational excellence and enhance customer satisfaction
- Oversee the construction and acquisition of new resorts & serviced apartment properties to enhance product inventory
- Play a critical role in helping to shape and guide the future growth and development of the organization.
- Establish and manage relationships with key stakeholder groups including senior management, board of directors, government departments, partners and associated companies
- He/she will have a Bachelor’s degree in business management or equivalent with minimum 10 years of managerial level business development, product development from vacation club, travel or hospitality industry.
- Experience in Asia or those currently working in Asia would be an advantage.
- Driven, strategic, commercially savvy, strong understanding of finance and IT operations with excellent people skills are core competencies required.
