Talent & Culture Manager
Responsible for all recruitment up to and including supervisory levels throughout our business, ensuring compliance with corporate policy and governmental legislation on all aspects of Human Resource Management, this position demands a highly organized people manager who possesses a sound knowledge of HR & I.T. systems. The ideal candidate, having at least 3 years experience in a busy Human Resources environment, will have the ability to organize, motivate and give development and direction to a team of dedicated HR professionals.
This role, which is key to the ongoing success of our business, will provide Human Resources with a creative and innovative approach to Recruitment, Welfare and Benefits and policies whilst introducing forward thinking systems and practices to maximize our efficiency in service delivery to our business and associates.
