The ideal candidate should possess the experience of Supervising a diverse and talented team in a busy commercial Hotel brand. The ability to, motivate and train team members is essential as is a sound knowledge of HACCP processes and guidelines.

In a highly competitive Hospitality market, consistency in delivering high quality, innovation and creativity will play an important role in the Supervision of the kitchens of our busy Hotel outlets whilst a thorough knowledge of International cuisine and conference menus are key in this role.

This role is an outstanding opportunity and is seen as a stepping stone to an Senior CDP or Sous Chef position within Accor in the future. This position would suit an energetic and dynamic individual who has a proven track record in each Kitchen section.
