Position Description:

One&Only Reethi Rah opens opportunity for a Manager, F&B Operations to join our team.

This position will report to the Director, Food & Beverage and will lead, manage and organize all aspects of the Food & Beverage outlets to the highest standards and in accordance to the standard operating procedures as emanated by the Director, Food & Beverage. Directly accountable for the smooth operation of all restaurants and special events.

About the property

Position Requirements::

Qualifications and skills required for this role:

- Diploma in Hospitality or relevant field

- At least 3 years similar working experience in a 5* resort / hotel

- Excellent communication skills

- Strong management and leadership skills

- Ability to communicate tactfully with high-end Guests, Department Heads and Colleagues to resolve problems and negotiate resolutions

- Works with great skill and understanding of operations and what it takes to execute an agreed strategy
