- Knowledge of purchasing, inventory controls, supplies and equipment knowledge of governmental regulations and safety standards.
- Assists with developing menus and promotions.
- Participates as needed in the investigation of associate accidents.
- Understands and complies with loss prevention policies and procedures.
- Understands the impact of department’s operation on the overall hotel financial goals and objectives and manages to achieve or exceed budgeted goals.
1. Experience in 4 or 5 star property preferably in UAE.
2. Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Sous Chef.
3. Should have excellent communication skills.
4. Must have a strong leadership quality.
5. Strong Culinary Skills.
