Primary job responsibilities of the role will include: • Managing press releases and features about the hotel to local, national and international media when appropriate, • Ensuring that all hotel collateral is consistent in design and quality, and according to brand standards and specifications • Managing external relationships with advertising, design agencies and other professional organizations in the marketing field • Strong and effective Social Media Management skills • Ensuring that all materials released from the hotel – written, visual and perceptual – contribute to a positive image for both hotels, and each of its Food & Beverage outlets Recreation outlets. This may include review of editorial features for the hotel and /or any of its outlets. • Website content management and implementation of promotions, updates on media center with clippings, awards, accolades etc. • Communication to the various client databases regarding promotions and festive occasions • Formulating the hotel's annual Marketing budget, advertising and media plan along with its implementation • Supervise photo and video shooting and provide creative direction on video story lines, lifestyle shots and required images for OTA and website requirements • Identifying opportunities to increase a relevant hotel database of guests and customers and provide guidance to the marketing team on how to organize and maintain the existing database • Facilitate over hotel CSR partnerships with marketing and branding relevance • Sourcing of innovative and relevant pool of hotel giveaways and VIP gifts, or any other materials that support F&B and sales teams in building better partner relations and loyalty • Identifying partnership and sponsorship opportunities, and foster a good working relationship with existing sponsors, partners, suppliers and advertising agencies to ensure that good quality products are delivered on time. • Lead the marketing department and oversee its compliance to and completion of administrative requirements
