Job Description

The role of the Sales Manager is to drive resources and revenues in order to achieve and exceed financial targets for the Hotel, ensuring that the Hotel is accurately represented in the assigned market segment and that the brand image, products and services are effectively communicated and maintained at all levels, generating therefore the desired results both in bookings and revenues.

Specific Requirements

Proven Track record in hospitality in area of expertise – minimum two years of progressive sales experience in the hospitality industry
Aggressive negotiating skills and creative selling abilities to close business with a high conversion ratio
Strong ability to use standard software applications and Hotel systems
Continuously suggest new concepts and improve existing processes that will benefit Sales department’s organization, revenues, costs and guests’ satisfaction
Ability to perform a variety of duties, often changing from one task to another of a different nature without loss of efficiency or composure
