The Role:

As Shift Supervisor, you will work closely with the Assistant Manager to ensure all operations are in line with company procedures, supervise team members and ensure quality and hygiene standards are met. As well as the day-to-day responsibilities you will work closely with the Operations team and business management to ensure that targets are met and exceeded.

Qualifications & Requirements:

You will have:

* Have at least 3 years' experience in a high-volume, fast-paced outlets

* Experience of managing a high number of dedicated and energetic individuals

* Excellent communications skills in English

* Computer knowledge.
