• Manage all incoming facsimiles, letters and e-mails received on a daily basis. • Answering incoming calls. Making outgoing calls as needed. • Administering and updating sales notice board. • Preparing sales kits such as brochures for Sales Executives/Managers. • Provides support and assistance to the team members, as needed, in order to meet company/team goals.< • Creating a hotel data base for all the Sales team members with the clients met in a daily basis. • Preparing expense reports accrued by the sales team during their sales calls. • Updating all sales files such as reports and all other paperwork related to sales. • Keeping a manual file for all contracts, proposals, and all other forms. • Tracking sales teams attendance and daily schedules.
