Duties & responsibilities
We have been asked to find exceptional Fitness and Personal Trainer
You will work in a busy household alongside a team of professionals who endeavour to provide the highest level of service for the VIP family they take care of. The family will have their own private needs and the right personal trainer will be able to develop a program based around their busy lifestyle. Absolutely flexibility is essential.
To design a personal fitness programme tailored to requirements and aspirations. Design person fitness assessments to monitor progress.
To ensure exercise is safe and effective. Exercise should also be specific to effective day-to-day functioning.
Able to achieve sensible changes in client’s health and appearance.
Able to instill perseverance and self-discipline,
Able to train through exercise and motivate lifestyle changes, leaving the principles feeling healthier
Able to prepare and tailor a program to produce the best possible metabolic response.
Exercise that will create a fat burning engine within muscles.
Assist with a program for Nutrition. Assist with diet, detoxing and creating positive eating habits, and see a healthy for life.
Able to educate on why certain exercises and eating certain foods are necessary;
Ensure that exercise sessions are specific, structured and motivating. personal exercise sessions will be specific to needs.
Instil confidence to ensure that goals are realistically achievable
To ensure Nutrition of a strong, healthy diet and Good nutrition to improve health and vitality, exercise performance, weight management and improve healing time from injuries. As part of an effective fat (weight) management programme, to train a combination of optimum nutrition and specific exercise to ensure the best results.
