You will support the overall Food & Beverage operation of the resort to maximize customer satisfaction, team member performance and business results.
Your key duties and responsibilities will be to promote guest satisfaction, maintain a safe and sanitary work environment, and ensure only the highest quality products are being served. To ensure team member engagement by developing and maintaining a strong team environment and by equipping highly motivated and well trained individuals. To handle daily team member relations, and encourage problem solving by team members through proper training and empowerment, and to stand out as a great role model who maintains fair and consistent counselling and disciplinary procedures which are in accordance with Anantara policies.
• College degree in Hotel Management or related field
• Previous experience in Food & Beverage/Restaurant operation
• Passion for leadership and teamwork
• Eyes for details to achieve operation excellence
