Our client with their headquarters in Bahrain is a rapidly expanding Hospitality Group that owns a large number of restaurants, hotels/resorts, newspapers, retail stores requires an excellent  PURCHASING MANAGER to work in a Corporate role. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well- established restaurant group and develop a long term relationship.


The Purchasing Manager is to plan, execute and finalize purchasing and procurement strategies across the organization. This includes acquiring goods and services for the company as a whole, respecting the budgeted targets. The purchasing manager should be able to liaise with all the department heads and support outlets, ensuring value for money as well as quality, cost and convenience.


Because this Hospitality Group owns diverse industries the PM must be flexible and able to cope with various demands

Must have experience with independent restaurants

The restaurant division is very important so the PM must be able to work closely with demanding kitchen teams

Expert negotiator with ability to close deals

Expert knowledge of pricing analysis

Extremely organized with ability to present ideas clearly

Able to direct and supervise the purchasing team

Able to train and develop their team

Fluent in English, written and spoken

Knowledge in Arabic is a bonus

Culinary experience especially with restaurants is an asset

Reports to CEO

Salary $3,000 - $3,900 USD/month Net of Taxes, accommodation allowance, car allowance, medical insurance for family, life insurance, 30 days annual vacation, free flight home annually for family.
