A newly opened 5* luxury hotel in Manila, seeks a Chef de Cuisine to do the opening and managing of their new modern/fusion Japanese style restaurant. This hotel is part of one of the largest and top International luxury brands in our industry. You MUST have knowledge, exposure and experience of working in restaurants that serve modern Japanese food (Izakaya style) similar to Zuma, Nobu and Gonpachi. The Chef de Cuisine will be responsible for the setting up and opening of this new restaurant. Hence, you must have “opening” experience. This Chef will also be responsible for the entire kitchen operation of this unique restaurant, including purchasing, budgeting, menu planning and creation, as well as hiring and training of the restaurant staff.
Salary: As per the Chef’s skills and experience.
