Key Responsibilities

Take advantage of this opportunity to join our family as Employee Development & Talent Trainer.  In this role, you will develop and implement the overall training plan to achieve business and individual performance requirements, conduct training needs assessments and facilitate orientation and on-the-job skills training for operations employees.  You will administer the training budget with close liaison among Department Heads, employees and vendors. You will design effective training programs with creative tools such as multi-media and experiential learning, training aids and materials for publicity or classroom use.  You will administer and coordinate all training supplies and staff events logistical support, and consolidate training evaluation reports for presentations.  You will oversee the internal staff communication through the newsletter and CSR activities with the aim to maintain excellent teamwork in front and back of the house.  You will use your skills, knowledge and experience to continually build and manage lasting relationships with our employees, HR and management. 

Desired Skills and Experience

You will already possess 3-5 years of work experience as a professional trainer in the luxury hospitality industry and at least a Bachelor’s degree in Business Education or Training & Development.  You are excited about handling multiple priorities using your supervisory/ managerial leadership, communication and organizational skills.  You are able to demonstrate a track record of designing, developing and implementing the complete training function that creates momentum and fosters organizational change.

Fluency in business English is considered mandatory.  Other language capabilities are desirable, but not essential.
