Key output is to complete all assigned tasks, achieve assigned sales targets, delivering market leading performance, ensure the resort will be the first choice for assigned designated accounts, maximize revenue and commercial opportunities with customers and partners and deliver effective communication with in the resort as well as across Sales function and with customer and partners. A positive attitude and excellent communication skills. Experience of motivating and leading a winning team. Ability to remain calm whilst under pressure. Minimum 2 Years’ experience in the above role with successful record. Self-motivated and goal driven. Excellent English verbal and written communicative skills. Creative mind and keeping with new Sales trends in the business. Good attitude and career oriented. Flexible and outgoing personality and more passionate for sales. Maldives experience is an additional advantage. Other languages will be a plus.
