Reporting to the Assistant Front office Manager, the ideal candidate will be responsible for directing and supervising Front Office activities in accordance with hotel standards. You will have the ability to lead the team to provide an efficient and effective hotel Front Office operation. In addition, we would expect the candidate to monitor guest satisfaction, security and employee activities always with a professional, courteous and genuine interest. Arabic speaking candidate is preferred.
