We are looking for a dynamic individual who is passionate about Food & Beverage and is interested to join and perform in a demanding environment a nd grow within the company.  Prepare and serve beverages and dishes to guests in accordance to the specified requirements and departmental standards. To supervise service staff, as well as service members within the Outlet to maximize member satisfaction and food and beverage profitability. We are looking for a Captain with the right personality: outgoing, engaging and with a passion to learn and grow with Shangri-La.





  • Have experience in a luxury establishment with good beverage and culinary knowledge.
  • High sense of responsibility.
  • Attention to detail and organisational skills to maintain stock, supplies and cleanliness of work area and equipment.
