Can you ensure that laundry services, required by guests and associates are met on time and with the highest possible standards which include and are not limited to maintaining all relevant records in laundry, proper handling of guests and house laundry as well as associate uniforms and establish standards and procedures to ascertain quality of work performed? Are you aware that the role must provide training to laundry associates and give regular feedback about their performance, educate associates to be knowledgeable about hotel’s services and facilities, rostering and schedulling work assignments? Are you familiar with chemical usage, dry cleaning, pressing and washing various types of linen and clothing as well as the handling laundry equipment and machinery? If you have answered yes to all of our questions above, you might be our Nikki fit for this role. Requirements: Minimum 2 years as a Laundry Supervisor is preferred. Good level of spoken english and understanding is a must. Good interpersonal skills and high level of patience is important. Individual has to be detail-oriented, professional attitude and ability to work independently with minimal supervision. The role reports to the Linen & Laundry Manager and in the absence the House Quality Manager.
