InterContinental Doha is looking for Admin and Guest Services Assistant to join our team.
As Admin and Guest Services Assistant, you have to provide efficient and comprehensive administrative services to Executive staff to meet the needs of customers and provide information on guest’s inquiries. Your main responsibilities are to maintain the utmost confidentiality and discretion when handling business affairs; Cooperate, coordinate and communicate amongst Team Leaders.  
  1. Fluency in both English and Arabic (oral and written)

  2. Good in making correspondence and business letters

  3. Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office applications)

  4. Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a diverse/multi-cultural working environment, preferably in hospitality industry but not required.

  5. With mature perspective and strong inter-personal skills

  6. Experience working with high level executives an advantage
