Director of Sales
Great opportunity for a proactive Director of Sales with extensive experience within the GCC region.
Reporting to the Director of Sales & Marketing the successful candidate will assist in the management of all sales activities and events. This includes direct sales, sales solicitation, sales administration, public relations and management of the sales teams.
The scope of the role is to develop and implement promotional strategies and marketing plans, create and implement programs to achieve greater profitability through increasing average rate, overall occupancy and increased business volume during off-peak periods, complete Market Analysis and maintain Company Brand Standards.
Ideally, we are looking for someone with strong Corporate market background, GCC experience with international hotel chain. Fluency in written and spoken Arabic would be an added advantage. Proactive mindset, able to develop new business and lead the team.
