You will be part of the Human Resources Department and you will be reporting to the Director of Human Resources

Job Description

1.Daily update of the manning spread sheet keeping it accurate in terms of actual versus budget, resignations and identified candidates.
2.Daily Update of the Recruitment Status in terms of vacancies per department as well as update on the status of the shortlisted candidates.
3.Managing Starfinder system in all aspects to keep it up to date with recruitment requirements.
4.Ensure 100% usage of Starfinder for all vacancies and responding to at least 90% of the applicants.
5.Ensure the right talent is attracted and recruited by developing and implementing new and innovative methods of recruitment, using tools such as social media, educational institutions, internal transfers…etc. to deliver higher quality candidates and ensure “time to fill” period is reduced.
6.Follow the Recruitment Process as per below:

•Opening the positions in Starfinder.
•Posting the positions internally.
•Sourcing CV’s
•Screening CV’s
•Sending CV’s to department heads
•Arranging Interview appointments with department heads
•Run a Behavioral Interview along with the department head
•Assist in Shortlisting the candidates
•Get at least 2 Character References for each shortlisted candidate
•Respond to all applicants on Starfinder
•Ensure chosen candidates complete pre-employment medical
•Get all the required documents from candidates for visa
•Coordinate with PRO to apply the visa
•Coordinate with Payroll Supervisor to book the ticket if required
•Coordinate with Housing Manager to prepare the accommodation
•Inform Training Manager about the new joiner
•Remind departments about on-boarding and join date of the candidate
•Arrange arrival amenities & Welcome Pack
•Welcome the candidate on the first day
•Complete HR formalities
•Hand Over the associate to their department
•Reject all other applicants on Starfinder
•Close the position


•Minimum of a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business, Organization Development.
•Must be familiar with Word, Excel, Email and Internet
•Familiar with employment law, compensation, organizational planning, organization development, employee relations, safety, and preventive labor relations, preferred.
