Join us as a Kitchen
& Laundry Technician.  You’ll have
ambition, talent and obviously, some key skills.  For this vital role,
we’re looking for someone who will be responsible to perform the following tasks as per standard:

            1.       Responsible for carrying out
work as planned Preventive Maintenance

2.       Responsible for servicing kitchen apparatus, appliances and laundry equipment.

3.       Responsible for the repair and
maintenance of all association pipe work.

4.       During the absence of Shift
Leader and Technician, to take responsibility of the operation.

5.       Supports and initiates program
for the improvement in procedure on the Environment and reduction of the energy
and utility cost to control global warming.

6.       Responsible for ensuring that
the supplied uniform is clean and good repair.

7.       Responsible for using the
appropriate safety clothing/equipment and for following maintenance instruction
as lay down by Maintenance Engineer

8.       Responsible for undergoing
training deemed by the Maintenance Engineer.

                        9.       Responsible for assisting other
personnel in the emergency and for carrying out other engineering

                                  duties as may
be required by the director of engineering and according to the needs of the


10.    Responsible for reporting all
potential hazards noted while on duty to the Engineering supervisor.

11.   Complies
with Hotel health, safety and hygiene policy (HACCP)

12.    Co-operate with the company to achieve compliance with FLS

13.    Take moral and legal responsibility for conducting themselves in
their work so they do not expose themselves or others to risk

14.    Read, understand, and implement the relevant sections of the FLS

15.    Sign the Employees' Declaration having read and understood the
relevant sections of the FLS Policy

16.    Not promote or participate in horseplay, pranks, or practical
jokes, which may result in an accident or injury

17.    Not intentionally or recklessly interfering with anything provided
in the interests of safety

18.    Make careful use of safety equipment, such as gloves, goggles,
aprons, overalls, shoes, and so on

19.    Return safety equipment to its designated storage area after use,
and reporting any equipment damage to the supervisor

20.    Take reasonable care when storing, handling, and using chemicals
and dangerous substances, lifting and carrying, and using or cleaning dangerous
work equipment, including machines

21.    Not undertake any activity which compromises their personal FLS,
or the FLS of others

22.    Report all accidents, dangerous occurrences, or hazards, no matter
how minor, to the supervisor or Heads of Department
