You will part of our Sales Team reporting to the Director of Sales.
As an Account Director you are responsible for the development and performance of all sales activities within the assigned market. As part of this Senior Sales position it is your task to solicit our most complex accounts while developing new leads and researching new business opportunities. You are further responsible to direct the sales team and provide leadership towards the achievement of maximum profitability and growth in line with W hotel's vision and values. It is your task to identify trends in the market and successfully apply this knowledge to maximize sales. You should be able to develop and maintain strong customer relationships while meeting and exceeding their expectations.
A Bachelor Degree and additional education in the Sales & Marketing fields is preferred.
A Minimum of 1 year experience in the position of an Assistant Director of Sales is required.
Previous sales experience for at least 7 years in the Hospitality Industry preferably in the Middle East or within Starwood properties is required.
Ability to meet targets and foster business is a must.
Superior analytical skills are required.
Experience in off-line marketing is a plus.
You must be fluent in the English language, both written and verbally.
