As the Sales Manager you will be a part of our Sales Department and you will be reporting to the Director of Sales.
As a Sales Manager you are responsible for the development and performance of all sales activities within the assigned market. You are further responsible to direct the sales team and provide leadership towards the achievement of maximum profitability and growth in line with W hotel's vision and values. It is your task to identify trends in the market and successfully apply this knowledge to maximize sales. You should be able to develop and maintain strong customer relationships while meeting and exceeding their expectations.
Bachelor degree required and additional education in sales and marketing fields preferred.
Superior analytical skills required.
Experience in off-line marketing is a plus.
Previous sales experience for at least three years in a 5 star luxury hotel ideally in Middle East is required. Ability to meet targets and foster business are a must.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in Interactive Account Management or Marketing/Strategic Planning is required.
