JOB SUMMARY


Responsible for processing and carrying out all transactions relating to visas, permits, licenses, registration, pertaining to staff.

JOB SPECIFIC TASKS

}    Responsible of following up online visa pending at the Immigration office for verification

}    Responsible of sending all the documents for Medical, EID, cancellation, OHC, change of status typing to the typing center and collecting the applications if it’s required

}    If requested to assist new associates for visa and OHC Medical from the Hotel to Hospital and vice versa.

}    Responsible of applying monitoring expiry and renewing all Hotel Licenses.

}    If requested to assist in Collecting EID cards, OHC cards from the respective Govt. Authority and send an email to Govt. Relation Manager

}    If required to assist in collecting monthly Hotel reports for all the associates, from Immigration Authority

}    If required assisting in depositing money for online and Naqoudi accounts for Hotel business purpose

}    If required assistance in applying renewing, paying Etisalat, Ejari, and Empower and DEWA bills for Directors and Managers.

}    If required assistant applying police case report against the guest who just leave the Hotel without paying their Bills.

}    Responsible in applying all hotel events through the DTCM Online system and Dubai Police.

}    Following up all the events that requires permission’s and if needed to apply for it.

}    Responsible of Daily Events Report to his direct managers in regards to all the events in the hotel.

}    Following up the missing requirement’s needed for the event.

}    Assisting in applying Business visa for the Director’s and Managers for their business trip.
